The seafood and fish were very fresh hence sushi was great! Pricing was reasonable service was good. Lunch set is worth a try.

How to: get a queue number from the screen located next to the entrance- indoor. Seat yourselves wherever you are able to hear the staff call for your number. When they do, show ticket and they will bring you to your seat. They will call out in Japanese so try to observe and show your number. Order via ipad. Absolutely hidden gem in Chitose. It’s easy to find if you’re on your way to/from the airport.

Personally a big fan of kaiten sushi, but I’ve only went to Hama, Kura, and some widespread chains. This place here just brought things to a whole new level.

Fatty tuna was probably the best tuna bite I’ve had. The grilled eel was also a game changer. Pretty much anything you order would be amazing. They have seasonal offerings.

Although it is a bit out of way from the train station. But you can take a bus from the bus terminal, beside chitose JR station. When alight walk a short distance to reach.

We went there at around 5pm and were brought to our sear by their staff without having to wait. While eating, the crowd started to come in, and people were waiting for seats.

We ordered our food from their tablet. Their chef starting to prepare our order and pass us the food beside our table.
