My stay at Tanoshi in Chizu town, Japan, was nothing short of extraordinary. This unique guesthouse was the highlight of my trip and the main reason I visited Japan. Nestled in the heart of the charming, tranquil Chizu town, Tanoshi offers an authentic and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
My group of three arrived by car, and the journey to this hidden gem was well worth it. The property itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering insights into the local culture and ensuring we felt right at home.
