This creative space repurposes an old elementary school into a working bakery and beer brewery that offers a rich assortment of goodies. What a pleasant surprise in the middle of Chizu. If you are passing through it is a great spot for a coffee (or beer if you aren't a driver), eating lunch (I had a tasty pita sandwich) and bulking up on fantastic types of bread that are hard to come by if you live outside of the big cities. This is an incredible little bakery situated inside of a converted nursery. They specialise in bread made from fresh natural yeast. The scones are incredible and so is the sourdough bread. I met the owner and they were very kind and friendly. There is play equipment in the garden...
