山梨から離れて、今は簡単には伺えなくなりましたが、改めてこのパン屋さんの素晴らしさを実感しています。 こんなに美味しいパンを、この破格の安さで楽しめるのは、全国的にも珍しいと思います。 パン好きの山梨県民にはもはや常識でしょうが、ル・ヴァンと言えば「マフィン」、でも個人的にはフランスパンの美味しさも特筆ものです。表面はパリッとして中はふんわりもっちり、それが冷蔵庫で保管してオーブンで再加熱しても持続します。ここより美味しいフランスパン、食べたことないです。 従業員の方々は一生懸命でとても印象が良いですし、パンは買い物袋持参でもどうしても重なって潰れやすいのが気がかりですが、ここは平たいビニール袋に買ったパンを丁寧にしまってくれます。 パンが好きで、今までいろんな場所でいろんなパンを食べてきましたが、ル・ヴァンはコストパフォーマンスやサービスも含め、私のなかでナンバーワンです。 おそらくは原材料費高騰もあって、本当に厳しいなか企業努力をされていらっしゃると思います。可能な限り今のル・ヴァンのパンとサービスを続けていただきたいですし、我々顧客は感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、ル・ヴァンのパンを愛し続けたいと思います。またいつか、山梨を訪れる際は、必ず伺います。富裕でないパン好きの庶民にとって、な...
