Hakata Dontaku — Restaurant in Ebina

Small shop packed with locals at 1330 but only waited 5 or 10 minutes for food. I almost ordered the large but was warned that it was very large indeed. Someone two chairs down got the normal size and it was plenty. I've had ramen all over Japan- from Sapporo to Okinawa- and this could be the best I've had. The owners are very nice and the food is great! Make sure to come with an empty stomach because the servings are huge! The chanpon alone could feed two people. Highly recommend the gyoza as well. Definitely come prepared to practice your Japanese if you're so inclined, but you can get by with the picture...
