This place is awesome!!! The food is great. The owners are great. The people who are regulars are great! I was craving Thai food and came across this gem in my search. On my first trip there I got the deep fried egg-rolls and they were very fresh tasting and flavorful. I had recently been to Thailand and while there fell in love with the Tom-Kai-Ka soup. Seeing that they had it on the menu, I had to try it, and it felt like my soul went back to Thailand - 5/5 for authentic flavor! Lastly I had the pad Thai, another 5/5 and was a much larger portion size than anticipated. Overall, highly recommend!!!

相鉄線さがみ野駅より徒歩2分、1994（平成6）年創業のタイ・ラオス家庭料理店「サバイデー」さん。

マルちゃん横丁入口近くで営むこちらでは、家庭的なタイ料理やラオス料理が楽しめるお店です。

お伺いしたのは平日の夜20時過ぎ。

店内はお客さんゼロだったため、お好きなテーブルにどうぞーとのことで、入口付近のテーブルに座り、メニューを吟味。

ガパオライス、パッタイ…むむむ。どれも美味しそうに見えますが、今回はカオマンガイ（チキンライス）とトムヤムクンでお願いしました。

カオマンガイは鶏スープとソースが付いており、見た目のビジュアルとボリュームは完璧！

チキンはスプーンで切れるほどの柔らかさで、ご飯も鶏出汁で炊かれておりふっくらと美味しいです！生姜の効いたソースをチキンにかけていただくと辛くて美味い！ご飯との相性もばっちりです！

トムヤムクンは本場のものと比べて辛さは控えめですが、トムヤムクン独自の酸っぱ辛ウマは健在！海老やエリンギなど具沢山で、なかなかのボリュームですねー。

あれ？もしかしてこのお店って隠れ家的なお店なのではないでしょうか？？？

カオマンガイ、トムヤムクンともに美味しいし、スナックのような場末的なお店の雰囲気も個人的にはたまりませんねー。最高じゃないですか！

もう少し食べてみたいところではありましたが、想像以上にボリュームが多くてここでお会計です。

本格的な味というよりは家庭的な味。

そんな言葉がぴったり当てはまる「サバイデー」さん。またひとつ好きなお店が増えました。
