A quirky and cozy little cafe in a prime photo spot at Lake Shoji with a marvelous view of Mt. Fuji (if she is in the mood, which is he was during my stay). The owners were super friendly and always open for a friendly chat. Sadly I couldn't try the food die to a private event later that day, but the tea was excellent. Gorgeous little cafe right next to Lake Shoji.

We came here during a morning trip around the five lakes, and this was the only place that was open when we stopped for a break.
