Kabuto — Restaurant in Fujimi

I thought I kept this information about this wonderful local restaurant (Yoshoku Restaurant) to myself, but I think it's useful information so I'm sharing it with you. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. The Neapolitan (Japanese-style pasta) at this restaurant is particularly excellent. It comes with a thick sausage, which is a little strange, but the taste is definitely good. 昔からあるであろう老舗洋風レストランな感じ。洋風な店内は昭和時代の喫茶店を彷彿とさせる。レトロでいて重厚感もあり店内は静かめのクラシックが流れている。

「オムレツハンバーグ定食2160円」「鉄板焼ナポリタン1100円」 丁寧なお仕事されてる印象でした。特にスパゲッティは昔ながらのバター仕様で「オムレツハンバーグ定食」の付け合わせのスパゲッティですら唸る美味さ、、。ナポリタンってこんなに美味しかった！？「オムレツハンバーグ定食」は単品で良かったかも😅100%ビーフハンバーグをオムレツで包んでおり食べ応え十分。お値段はちょい高めだけど量もけっこうあります。「鉄板焼ナポリタン」は安くてボリュームあってこの美味しさ！なので人気メニューというのもうなずけました。注意点でもないですがバター仕様のしっかり味、コクも相当なので後半くどく感じる方もいるかも。女性であればシェアでもいいかなという感じです。

３連休最終日の19時、しかも雨降りだったせいかお客さんもまばら。自分達が最後のお客。ずーっと気になってた「かぶと」という店名について奥様に伺ってみました。レストランを始める50年前は周辺は森や田んぼでとにかくカブトムシが沢山いたそう。それでなんとなく「レストランかぶと」という店名にしたそうです。
