気になっていたお店にお誘いいただき初訪問です。 橋本駅から歩くと40分？！タクシーで行きました。なかなか距離がある笑 9/27に訪問しましたメニューは最後のお写真で。 色んな中華を食べてきてここはトップではないかと思うくらい美味しかったです。 初めて浮袋を見ました。乾燥させたのがこんなに硬い...これからこんなに柔らかくなるんですね。 浮袋を油で戻して卵と炒めるというプルンプルンで感動。 浮袋を使ったお料理が2品 食べ比べ全然違いました。美味しすぎる、、、 伊都の豚バラ肉柔らかくてとても美味しく、お米にすごく合いました。このタレがたまらなくてすすむ✨ボリュームあったのになぜかペロリといけました笑 次の予約は来年の春だと笑 また行けるが楽しみです✨
