Yakisoba specialist shop. They only have a few things on the menu. Tastes good, some of the noodles are crispy, which I thought was a nice touch. Portion size is small though, so I recommend to get the large size. Regular size is more like a snack. Considering the portion size, it’s a bit expensive.

知る人ぞ知る 日田のご当地グルメ 焼きそば。福岡では多数チェーン展開してます。 お店のコンセンプトは、 焼きそば1本で勝負。 930円と割高と感じる人もいるかも。 しかし、そこは、日田の想夫恋本店と行こうとおもったら、高速1780円と1時間半、下道で3時間の距離を考えるとご同地グルメを福岡市の端まで広めてくれてるのは有難い。 今回は、焼きそばと餃子と卵スープのほぼフルコンプのメニューで勝負。 本部から直送された生めんとシャキシャキのもやし、そして、キモチ豚バラのシンプルな焼きそば。 パスタでいうとペペロンチーノのようなシンプルな料理。 これで味を勝負してるのだから凄い。 食べると、くどくないソース、 焼きそばはパリッパリッと音をたてこ気味いい。 餃子も安い割には8個入り 卵スープはなんと100円。昭和か！ 昭和感溢れる外観から店の中も昭和？と思いきや、 とても綺麗に改装されていて 木のカウンターは居酒屋だと長居したくなる雰囲気。 1500円程度で朝から幸せな時間を過ごせました。 開店11時頃にきましたが既に3組お客さんがいました。ファンがいるんですねー 1つ残念なのがビールがない🍻🍺 回転率勝負の店構えなのでいたし方ないでずね。 お店は、1人で回されてるので、 客が多い時は時間が少しかかることを考慮下さい。 今日はじめて想夫恋の焼きそばたべましたが、本店行くのも楽しみになりました。 ここも月一ではきたいですねー
