So far it has been the best Izakaya which my wife and me experienced during the journey of “ Old Tokaido Routes”

We were honestly impressed by the level of dishes they provided starting from Appetizer which was unique Shabu-shabu, Sashimi in its own cot performance, Yakitori appropriately cooked but not too much, Japanese Sake not necessarily branded but tasteful enough.

スタイリッシュな炭焼き屋

一見するとカフェかパブ的な店構えですが炭焼きメインの居酒屋さんです

ネット検索で赤星の写真を見つけコチラに決定しましたが久しぶりの当たりでしたね 箱は大き目で空間も広くカウンター及びテーブル席も多めです

まずは赤星をオーダーするとなにやら簡易コンロと豚肉が来ましたね？ 何とコレが、お通し⁉️とな！ 以前はすき焼きだったらしいですが、斬新なやり方にビックリ‼️

兎に角雰囲気も良くスタッフの対応もバッチリ👌で推しの串物がコレまた秀悦で旨い美味い〜 串物は豚のネギマと鶏皮とナンコツ3点でしたが特に豚のネギマが肉厚でジューシーでウマウマで、鶏皮よく有るはペラペラの皮で無くコレも皮厚？で食感良く美味い！ナンコツもしっかりと身が着いており美味いわぁ〜 そして焼き加減が素晴らしくレベル高いですね

ぶっちゃけあまり期待してはいなかったケド赤星目当てでお伺いし素晴らしい串焼きを堪能させて頂きました また、各種メニューにはチョイ盛りやハーフという少な目が有り1人でもリーズナブルに楽しめて嬉しいですね 各種電子マネーも対応されておりサービス良し コスパも良く是非オススメっす
