Osteria delle Gioie — Restaurant in Fukushima Prefecture

I’ve eaten here twice in one week while visiting friends in town, it’s coursed plates - and all excellent with a great amount of food. I’m a decent sized male and I was very pleasantly surprised a the portion size.

The attention to detail in the food and the various tastes are excellent. The plates are visually enticing to the eye, which adds to the taste.

The bad reviews seem to not be focused on the food at times - which, isn’t that why we’re going to an Italian restaurant in the first place, for the food? Everything else should be a second thought when you’re hungry for good tasting food.

Food is amazing. Started with corn soup and the corn itself is very sweet. The appetizer assortment has good variety using fresh ingredients very well prepared. You can choose from 3 kinds of pasta with an option to upsize. Again, well prepared. Main dish was pork roast with wine sauce and French mustard. Comes with dessert and drinks. コースがメインのお店です。 ので、パスタだけ食べたい！とかビザ食べたい！とかだとご希望はかなわないの…かな？ 他の方たちのメニュー画像を参考にしてください。

結構ボリュームもあり、自分はお手頃なパスタのコースにしましたがお腹いっぱいになりました。 ごちそうさまでした。 パスタとお肉とデザートのコースだと…どうなるのかな？ 基本出されたものは全部食べるのが礼儀だと思っているので、フルコースだと覚悟されたほうが良いかもしれませんね。

追記 久々に伺いました。 お昼時で店員さんも忙しく走りまわっていました。 カウンター席に通され、座っていると突然背中を押され、何事かと思ったら店員さんが小脇に抱えていたメニューのカドが背中にあたっていたようです。 気が付かなかったようで、何も言われませんでした。

はじめにスープをいただきました。 スープの中に削ったチーズはまともに入っておらず、なぜか皿の上にたくさんありました。 これ、どうなの？こういうものなの？ と思いながら、皆さんの写真と見比べたら、比べるまでもなくちゃんと入っているのが普通のようでした。 じゃあ、このスープってどういうこと？

ドリンクを選び、いつお持ちしますか？にお料理と同時に、と伝えました。 メインのパスタが来たのにドリンクは来ず。 食べ終わってまだ何か来るんだっけ？と思ってメニュー見ても特にないので、あの～ドリンクは？と言ってやっと持って来てもらえました。 じゃあはじめから聞かなくて良いんじゃないのかな？と。

入店してから退店するまで、一番お手頃なコースをお願いしましたが、80分かかりました。
