本日麺活で訪れたのは愛知県蒲郡市の人気店であるこちらのお店。『未蕾』という店名は、未完成な蕾という意味で、永遠に完成することはないという想いからつけられたとの事です。

こちらのお店を投稿するにあたって、公式アカウントの過去投稿を一番初めから遡って拝見しました。オープンは2018年2月ですが、当初は2017年10月開業予定だったとのこと。居抜きではなく、更地から店舗を一から造り上げていく過程が記録されており、店主さんのこの店にかける熱量と想いの強さが伝わってきました。

平日木曜日の13時20分頃お店に到着、丁度空いているタイミングに入る事ができ、すぐに席に着く事ができました。

Ordered the Shoyu ramen. It is a picture-perfect, instagram-worthy ramen. I like the firm noodles and very tender chashu. Maybe a bit too salty for my taste though.

Most customers order a second serving of noodles. Maybe I’ll go back and try their mazesoba or tsukemen 😊

Do check their Instagram if they are open or not. Also better at Lunch or Early dinner as this place is packed despite limited space.

駐車場第一第二あり 大きい車は第二がおすすめ 店舗前に名前を書いて待つスタイル。 カウンター7席　テーブル4人1卓 小上がり4.5人1卓 チャーシュー麺と和え玉を注文 和え玉は替え玉かと思っていたら、 そのまま食べれる混ぜ麺的なものでした。 煮干しが効いてて美味しかった。 居心地が良くというより、 食べてすぐ出た方が良さそうですね。 ラーメンも高級になりましたね。
