Pepper Lunch — Restaurant in Gifu

I hadn’t had pepper lunch in years so when I found out there was one nearby at colourful town I went there for lunch. I ordered L size beef and rice combo with extra beef which was very tasty and also very affordable at only 1,100 yen.

The beef does take about a minute to cook on the hot plate so may appear pink at first but it will turn brown later. As it’s served on a hot plate the rice is also hot so be careful when taking the first bite….

It didn’t take long at all to wait for the food to be prepared and it also didn’t take long before I ate it all. Same flavour that I remember and really filling too.
