Saw the high reviews and was recommended by a friend here. Went on a weekday night around 20:00 but still waited for 10-15 min. Usually very crowded around dinner time, so expect short waits. Ordered the regular chicken base ramen with an egg on top. Soup was really nice (but felt like it’s less salty than the usual ramen I had in Japan), I asked for hard noodles but not sure if the communication was wrong or if the noodles are really quite soft, it doesn’t feel hard at all for me. Other than that, the side sprouts, the tea, the ramen and the staff...

Great Ramen, the soup is incredible and the noodles are perfect, it's a well rounded, fatty broth that doesn't make you feel sick, it tastes so creamy and fulfilling. In fact I do believe that this is some of the best ramen I've ever tasted. English speakers be aware that the menu is a ticket machine that is in Japanese, the main menu items have photographs but additional items like extra noodles and some side dishes do not have accompanied photos, but it's nothing Google translate...

Best ramen place around. Great price ~¥800/bowl. Reasonable price given the amazing taste. I had the spicy ramen, and thought it was very mild, a comfortable spice. I did add a little more chili powder, so if you're sensitive to spicy foods, but enjoy good spicy flavor, feel comfortable getting this without worrying that you're going to go overboard. I'm not one for mindless heat. This, while not extremely spicy, 100% hit the mark for...

The soup base is filled with pork or chicken taste, depending which flavor you order. The taste is a bit too simple. Adding the crushed garlic (you have to crush the soyu soaked garlic yourself) and grind some generous amount of sesame into the soup, it taste really really nice! The marinated spicy beansprout and radish taste superb too as an appetizer.
