Loved this coffeeshop so much. Simple concept of different blends to suit your taste like Lively, Winey, mellow & bitter. Then there are single origin beans for sale below, all from best coffee regions in world. Sometimes specialty coffee shops can be pretentious & unwelcoming. Not with Yamada who is a lovely host, speaks adequate English to answer any questions & best of all his coffee is top notch & house roasted. He hand pours each one with his own style & precision. Great drip coffee here! The beans are roasted in house and there is a huge selection of roasts with different flavor profiles to choose from. Coffee jelly parfait is also delicious.

私は東京で老舗珈琲店(サイフォン＆ドリップ)とシアトル系コーヒーショップで社員＆マネージャーとして働いていました。本当の美味しいコーヒーというものがこの店にあります。

一般的な普通のコーヒーショップにある豆は他県工場🏭で焙煎され、時間が経過した豆を店内で挽いてエスプレッソマシーンで抽出orドリップもしくはサイフォンしたコーヒーです。

焙煎は現場ではしてないのでぶっちゃけKALDIで買って家で挽いてそこそこのマシーンで作ればそれなりのコーヒーが飲めます。

ですが山田珈琲さんのコーヒーは明らかに雑味やエグ味が少なくて、スっと体に入る正真正銘のコーヒーでした。

店主の山田さん自身、珈琲豆のバイヤーもやっていた経験もあるので選別が良く焙煎で誤魔化さない珈琲を店内で提供している。

このコーヒーを理解できない方はスタバやドトールなどで十分だと思いますが、本物のスペシャリティコーヒーを味わうなら是非一度訪れる事をお勧めします。

若い子からサラリーマン大好きなスタバの珈琲豆はモン○ン〇社が作る遺伝子組み換え＆農薬まみれ、🇺🇸でもアクリルアミドと言われる発癌性物質が出て裁判所から警告受けてます。まあどこの大手珈琲店も農薬まみれの豆使用なので同じですが、せめてお金出すなら嗜好品としてなるべく身体に良いものを飲みたいです。

やはりコーヒーは豆が99%味を決めるので信頼できるコーヒー店で嗜好品として愉しむのが一番かなと。
