出張の折にお昼の通り掛りにお邪魔しました。オススメをお聞きした、津軽らーめんとの事なのでそのままお願いしました。とてつもなく早くとどいた！😳 安心して下さい！ぬるくないですよ！😉（古い､､､）スープは昔懐かしい感じの煮干し出汁、麺は細目のほぼストレートに近い。チャーシューも懐かしい作り。個人的な感想ですが麺を超縮れ平打ち麺の方がこのスープには合うのかな？🤔💭とか思いながら食べました。お店のお姉さんの笑顔はとても素敵でしたよ😊 ご馳走様でした😋

スタッフはてきぱきと動いて良かった。こってり正油ラーメンは特にこってり感はなくコンビニラーメンのほうが旨いかも。味噌ラーメンも家で再現できるようなレベル。ミニ牛丼は市販のレトルトをレンチン。画像にはないが餃子も頂いたがジューシーさが無くパサパサした感じ。とにかくレンゲが重い。

11月8日の昼頃に立寄りました。煮干し系のラーメンじゃなくて良かった。ちなみに煮干し粉は置いてあります。価格はやや高いかな。スープは味噌系で濃厚でドロッとしている印象です。トータルとして旨いかも。店の若奥様かな？...
