The owners, likely a couple, are reserved but show skill and cleanliness that make this place feel special as soon as you enter. The eel, liver soup, and pickles are all delicious. Quality eel takes over 30 minutes to prepare, so call ahead if in a hurry, but punctuality is essential! If you want authentic, samurai-like dedication to eel, this is the place!

丁度良い和食処 うな重　3,900円だったため うな丼　2,200円にしました。 若干鰻少なめでしたが この辺はこちらの懐の寂しさ という事で… 肝心の鰻はサクサクで 美味しかったです！ 資金ある人はうな重オススメです。 妻はあやめ膳　1,650円 を食べてました。 写真ないですが、 ご飯、お味噌汁、天麩羅、刺身、煮物と盛りだくさん。 煮物は汁まで飲んでしまった！ と非常に満足してました。 ご夫婦の雰囲気も良く また行きたいなと思いました。

日曜日の11:30に到着　先客が2組予約が1組 駐車場がおそらく3台から4台分でそれ以上だと止められない可能性も。うな重を注文20〜30分まってうな重到着。時間はかかるがとても美味しい。関東の蒸しが強いふわふわのウナギじゃなくて焼きの強い関西のウナギで香ばしくここのウナギが好きになりました。前に投稿されてる値段よりあがってるみたいですが行く価値はあると思います。肝吸いも美味しい。

御殿場のいつもの鰻屋さんに行ったら、ＧＷにもかかわらずまさかの定休日😱 近くの鰻屋さんを何軒かまわったが、まさかの予約制😱 半分諦めモードで、御殿場から少し離れた鶴川さんへ… 駐車場に軽自動車が１台だけ停まってて、GW営業してるのかな…と色んな意味で少し不安になった… が😳 やっとたどり着いた鰻重🤤 １口食べてびっくり、う、うまい… ２口食べて、凄く旨いではないですか🤩 １口ごとにうなずくくらい旨い… 脂ののった香ばしい鰻に、よい炊き加減の米、口に入れると焦がし醤油みたいに香ばしく、味のバランス良し 外はカリッ、中は厚みがあり柔らか😍 本来、うな重ってうなぎの蒲焼き乗せてるんだよな〜って、うな重をあちこちで食べてるのに、今回初めて気付きました🤔 いゃ〜旨かった！と帰りの車で何回呟いたか… 今のとこ、私の中でよく行ってる鰻屋さんと1位争いです。 御殿場の定休日のとこを余裕で超えまし...
