ｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰ ⭐値段:7 ⭐味:7 ⭐サービス:8 ⭐雰囲気:8 ⭐コスパ:8 ｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰ 東名高速御殿場IC第2出口より車で5分のうなぎ屋 古民家でふわふわとろとろ関東風のうなぎを食べられます 神田きくかわは関東に数多くありますが、世田谷と御殿場への訪問数が多いです 御殿場店ができた当初はあまり人に知られておりませんでしたが、今では予約必須です また蒸すのに大変時間がかかるため、予約と同時に食べるメニューをオーダーしておくことを強くお勧めします ◆特選丼（5,060円） ◆うな重（イ）（4,180円）←白焼き定食に変更 特選丼は通常のお重よりも脂たっぷりのものを使用しているため、箸では身がつかめないほどほろほろ 脂が多いので山椒がよく合いますまた付属のワサビも欠かせません ウナギは分厚くふんわりと優しいウナギの旨味が口に広がるタイプです、関西風の地焼きとは本当に対照的 タレは関西風のように醤油感が強くなく、甘めでとろりとしています お米は固めに炊いてあり米自体も甘くおいしいです、またあらかじめたれがかけられています 白焼きもこれまたとても立派 こちらも柔らかすぎてお箸ではがばっとつかみきれません笑 ワサビたっぷりにお醤油をつけて食べましょう ついてくる肝吸いの肝は大きく臭みも一切なくおいしいです 漬物は、白菜・柴漬け・奈良漬 デザートには神田きくかわおなじみのライチがついてきます 店内は天井の高い古民家 雰囲気はよいのですが、あまり暖房は効ききらず秋冬春先は少し寒いです（笑） 店員さんは最低限の関わりで、特にこちらが何かを聞かない限り言葉を交わさないのでどんな方だったけ？？と後から思い出せないくらいです ただ決して対応が悪いわけではなく、通常のサービスを淡々とこなされている印象なので、過度なサービスでお客さんが気疲れするということはないと思います。 こちらもできた当初から時折伺っていますが、変わらぬ良さがありますね 関東うなぎならダントツ小田原の「友栄」、そして神田きくかわが思い出も加わって印象に残っています 【営業時間】 11:30~20:00(L.O 19:30) 日曜営業 【定休日】 月曜日 【支払い】 現金のみ 【駐車場】 有

近隣宿泊施設に投宿時、 夕食をどちらにしようか考え、 神田きくかわの名前に惹かれこちらへ。 20時半までとの事であるが、 念の為、営業確認、18時半頃電話。 電話に出た方、女性。 横柄です。 問合せに感謝の意、全く感じられない口調。 19時半ラストオーダーとの事だったので、 1オーダー予定の為、19時半頃予約、 と話すと。。。 困りますと。 ？？ となります、ラストオーダー19時半と言っておいて、19時半では駄目。 もう少し早く来て下さい。 との事。 また、オーダーを電話で決めさせられます。 電話問合せして、 メニュー把握している方、いるのでしょうか。 早口口調で、鰻重のグレード説明を受け、 肝焼きと鰻重 ロ、こちらオーダー。 19時15分頃に行く事で了承を得て、イソイソ準備。 店に行って、同様の対応なら、 吠えようと思いながら訪店。 店のアプローチは、名店風情出ております。 入店後、1組のお客さんがおり、 オーダーしたばかりの模様。 結果、この方々に救われました。 自身だけであれば、 入店後直ぐ吠えてました。 電話対応の女性は直ぐ分かります。 2名のホールスタッフの女性、 明らかな対応が違います。 対応下さった方は予約の確認・オーダー確認、丁寧な対応。 端々見える件の女性は笑顔一つなくブスッとしてます。 店の格を明らかに下げる要素。 この様な声は沢山ある気がします。 人材不足もあるのだろうか。 あまり気乗りしないものの、 予約をしていた為か、 もう1組の方々より先に料理が運ばれて来ます。 瓶ビール 肝焼き ロ　鰻重 約¥7,000- 肝心の鰻重は、美味。 鰻はサックリ切れて、香ばしい匂いも食欲をそそります。 着席のテーブル前には、 割き3年、串8年、焼き一生 と。 訪問前のイライラは悔しいかな消えてしまい、満足訪店。 何れにしても、複数の方々が同様の指摘をされている様に、 こちらの女性スタッフのお1人。 お辞めになられるか、配置転換しなければ、 折角の名店の名を汚すのではと感じます。

Excellent eel after all it is the highlight of the restaurant. It was creamy and cooked just right on a bed of rice with excellent flavors. There was an eel liver soup to accompany the course and some cold lychee which acted as an amazing after course. The meal was incredibly well-balanced and presented in a beautiful lacquered box. The meal tasted every bit as good as it looked.

Myself and my wife came here for a beautiful authentic Japanese unagi meal and were not disappointed! This is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and culture. We thank the owners and operators for their engagement, service and products as they were all simply perfect. If ever we return to gotemba this is where we shall come....
