I would call this a Michelin star restaurant experience right here In Hachinohe. Amazing food and wine as well as being foreigner friendly. They focus on local produce and seafood which I love supporting. Thus, I assume the menu is rapidly changing based on what is available.
I had a translator book our reservation, but our waitress actually spoke pretty good English. She was very friendly and accommodating. When she didnât know the English words, we were able to communicate with Google translate or images.
We chose the Â¥10,000 special menu (book in advance) and the Â¥4,000 5 glass wine set. For dinner we were served: Prosciutto and mascarpone Fried shirako (milt, but donât be scared it was delicious) Shrimp and chicken sausage Pasta with abalone and wood was Soft shell turtle tortellini Pasta with venison and truffles Bouillabaisse with various seafood Duck with I think fried or dehydrated squash blossom Crime brûlée ice cream with grape sauce (I hate grape flavored things and this was absolutely amazing) Tiramisu
