Hoshino Coffee — Restaurant in Hachinohe

Hoshino Coffee I went during the morning service, and there didn’t seem to be any clear vegetarian options aside from plain toast and pancakes. After a little back and forth, the staff kindly agreed to serve me the pancake plate without the sausages.

I also asked if they could simply do an egg on toast, but they said that wasn’t possible. So I ordered toast separately and placed the fried egg on top myself. In the end, it turned into a nice breakfast: two pancakes, toast with egg, a small salad, and some yogurt.

It was pretty good. The atmosphere was great and it was well decorated. Some menu items were priced in sets and were really reasonable. There is a lot of hype about this place and I would encourage people to go and check it out.
