Ademok Haebaru — Restaurant in Haebaru

Maybe i was ravenous from cycling all day but the buns i had were soooo good! And the staff were incredibly friendly and patient as i hovered about trying to decide which buns to eat, and despite the language barrier they responded to my question about which buns were most popular (croissant, shio pan, and melon pan). I got the croissant and a cornflake encrusted donut with custard inside. The croissant was buttery, soft inside yet crisp and flaky outside - amazing. The donut was also very good, not too oily and the cornflakes gave it a nice crunch, custard filling was substantial and not overly sweet. I decided to get a third bun after these first two and was not disappointed with the shio pan - again so buttery and soft and just the right amount of saltiness. I dined in and they provide a toaster and microwave for those who want to heat up the buns before eating...

沖縄パン屋さん巡り。ADEMOK➡️英語で逆から読むとKOMEDA。コメダ珈琲の沖縄にだけあるベーカリー1号店。国道329号沿いに2019年開設。14席だけどイートインも可。平日の朝11時までは、500円以上購入でコーヒーが無料。パンの種類が多くしかもかなり安い。

粉から捏ねて生地を作り発酵、焼き上げまで一貫して行うスクラッチ製法。店内に工房があるから焼きたての香りがする

糸満、うるまにもある。カレーパンも人気。那覇インター、南風原インターからも近い。

오키나와 여행때 현지인이 추천해줘서 'BAKERY ADEMOK' 을 알게 되었는데 여기 정말 맛있어서 새로운 경험?을 했네요! 저한테 제3의 미각이 있었다는거 몰랐네요ㅎㅎ^^;;😅 저는 크루와상 종류가 인상 깊었는데 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉하고 버터의 풍미를 느낄 수 있었고 한국에서 크루아상 맛집을 많이 가봤지만 여기가 1등 아닌가 싶어요! 참고로 BAKERY ADEMOK 은 오키나와에만! 2곳이! 있고 일본 본토에도 없다고 하네요😄

앗! 그리고 소금빵도 빼놓을 수 없는데! 겉면 바삭한 식감과 함께 짭짤한 맛이 은은하게 퍼지고 속은 부드럽고 쫄깃하며 맛과 식감이 정말 매력적인게 계속 먹게되고 중독성 있네요~ㅋㅋ

저희는 다음날 비행기라 모든 빵을 다 먹어보지 못했지만! 크루와상과 소금빵 정말 추천합니당! 오키나와 놀러가시면 꼭가보시고 포장 해 가시길🥰
