This was a lovely place to pick up some lunch in Tsurugi. The building is a beautiful traditional wooden structure with a high ceiling and many beams overhead. There is lots of seating inside and a terrace outside leading onto the garden in front. It was very peaceful and quiet since the restaurant is in quite an isolated location. The food was delicious. I had the mozzarella and tomato quiche because I am vegetarian and the man who served me was very helpful in accommodating for me. This came with a soup (may not be suitable for someone who is very strictly vegetarian because of the stock but it did not taste of meat/fish) and salad which were all delicious.
