If you have time to visit the Chita Peninsula, I recommend going to Handa City. It is a town where you can feel Japanese culture and history. If you want to have a meal in Handa City, "Chari-Kura" is a good choice. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old warehouse, and the atmosphere is very Japanese. The food and sake are delicious. If you have any questions, please ask the owner”Okami-san” who will be happy...

Had one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life here. I'd randomly met the daughter of the owner, and she invited me to come out here. So glad I went. I let her order and everything they brough out was fantastic. I've never had seaweed - it's amazing! Same with the unagi. And the atmosphere is great - we sat next to a little stream running through the restaurant! If you're in Nagoya, highly recommend checking...
