I stopped by Gravy Jack for the first time and was surprised by their burger experience. During my visit, I tried their Raging Bull burger, and I was not disappointed at all. The combination of two kinds of lettuce, two cheeses, a pork cutlet, soft-boiled egg, black pepper, patty, gravy, and Tonkatsu sauce created a harmonious and incredibly satisfying bite with so many delicious flavors.

As others have mentioned, these burgers are massive, which I was not expecting. If you plan on visiting, arrive with a hearty appetite! The beef patties themselves are a unique blend from cuts of lean, marbled, and ground beef, which results in a texture that’s more akin to a perfectly cooked steak than a typical burger patty.
