串カツと言えば牛。大阪で串カツを注文したら、牛が出てきます。牛の串カツとか言わない。串カツって看板揚げて、牛が無い。串揚げですか?あと衣。串カツの衣は、長芋のトロロをタネにまとわせて、パン粉を付けて揚げます。味は良かった...
