Joyfull Himeji Shinzaike — Restaurant in Himeji

Ordered black&white cutlet. It was delicious. Bread was cold by the time everyone got their food though and when asked to heat ot up the kitchen just microwaved it.

The staff is polite and helpful.

Kitchen staff dropped the fork on the floor and just put it back without washing it. They probably thought nobody saw it. Made me wonder are there other health violations there. -2 stars for this.

I went through 5 glasses and failed to find a clean one: they all have been washed poorly. -1 star.

I expect higher hygene and health standards from a restaurant that puts partitions, hand cleaners and thermometer to prevent coronavirus spread. If they are to give up on anti-coronavirus measures, I would rather they start with removing those...

平日のランチに利用させていただきました。

店内はそれほど混み合ってなく、心地よい程度にお客さんが来ていました。お客さんの年齢層は中高年の方が多く落ち着いた雰囲気でした。席の間隔も十分な広さがあり仕切りもあるところもよかった。

日替わりワンコインランチにドリンクバーをつけて税込658円。ハンバーグは期待していなかったのですが、意外にちゃんとした味付けでびっくりしました。

ただ、ハンバーグ少しだけぬるかったのが残念。すごく味が美味しかったので熱々だったらどんなに美味しいかなと思いながらいただきました💦 ぜひぜひ、熱々のハンバーグ、次回に期待したいです。店員さん。よろしくお願いします^...
