I was not given any trouble, but the policy is stated in clear English, with a large sign, in a store that is otherwise completely in Japanese.

They asked me at the counter if I had any (I lied in order to enter). I even covered my shoulders with a towel, in addition to my stickers, and the staff made a point that they were checking me for tattoos when they saw me holding the towel. They are not lenient with this policy.

The customers are mostly elderly, but I saw a few children. The outdoor bath smells strongly of chlorine, but the breeze from the nearby mountain is very refreshing. The water is not too hot and nice for soaking.

Bring your own towels. Bring at least 2, 100 yen coins for the lockers. There is a very large store and restaurant attached to the onsen. I bought some applejuice and am looking...

I don't know what this photo is, but the entrance is much nicer. This was my first time, so I can't compare. It was a lovely experience, although it's a real locals place and no one speaks English. Research how to take an onsen bath before coming - very important, especially if you've never done this before! A unique Japanese experience! They serve food, too, and only take cash. 440 ¥...

口コミでも散見されますが、男風呂の常連複数人のマナーの悪さが著しく酷いです。仕事柄、東大阪店も同頻度で利用させて頂いておりますが、枚方店はあまりにも酷い為、書かせていただきました。黙浴とは程遠く、サウナ後もそのまま水風呂に入浴は勿論、他のお客様が注意したのを何度も見かけておりますが、全く改善されていないのを見て悲しくなりました。

スタッフ様も見て見ぬふりされているのはマネジメントの責任が大きいとしか思えません。長年見てきましたがただただ哀しく、昨今が一番酷いです。

5/31以降に改善が見られない場合は本部にその時のスタッフ様の容姿等も添えて報告させていただきます。ルールにのっとって皆様とあの時の快適なエンターテインメントを味わえれば幸いです。

9/20追記 その後改善も見られず、問い合わせフォームから一報しましたが返信がありませんでした。気になり再訪しましたが、複数人、相変わらずのご様子でした。

これまでもお願いしておりましたが今回も「静かにしていただけませんか？申し訳ないです。」と言ったところ「あー」との返答。

時間をあけて再度お願いしたところ変わらず同じ反応でしたので「何歳下に言われてるんですか、ダサいっすよ」とだけ言いましたが、反応なかった為、出ました。次見かけたらおもっきし言って出なかったら店員やアルバイトにしこたま言いたいと思います。それで改善されてなければ、すみませんが僕もなんか腹立つので色々知りません。宜しくお願いします。

何回も伝えたのに守らない方が悪いですし対処しない店側も悪いと思います。子供でも言われたら守ってる、守れる、簡単なことだと思います。若者にここまでさせないで下さい。
