Burger King Aeontown Rakurakuen — Restaurant in Hiroshima

It's located on the second floor of the shopping mall. There's a large area of tables to sit at. The food was delicious and perfect as you'd expect. Very friendly and helpful staff doing their best. There are 2 "Self Service" machines also that only accept card payments and smartphone etc, no cash but English is a language option. Since 2025/08/20 there are now 2 lanes to line up and queue. Heading up to the counter, there's a lane for the self-service machines on the left running parallel with the lane on the right for the cashier employee/pay in person by cash. This has cut down a lot of confusion! Burger King is very popular and this particular location, it will be extremely popular. For this reason and since they don't have a large kitchen, you should plan to go when you are not in a rush and should plan to go not at regular lunch times. The employees are doing their best but they cannot create cooked food out of thin air so please be patient or perhaps wait until quieter parts of the day. 二度と行くことはないと思います。 待機列自体は10分程度でしたが、12時30分頃の番号発券、そこから1時間待っても出来る気配なかったのでキャンセルしました。 店内飲食で注文してましたが、ずっと持ち帰りとモバイルオーダーの対応をしてた様に見受けられました。

他の通りすがりのお客さんに「順番無視して作っとるやろ？そんな事したらダメやろ、もうこんわ」 と怒られてました。

そう思われる対応をしている時点でダメでしょうね。そのやりとりを目の当たりにして、否定的な気持ちになるよりも「あぁ、この人も俺と同じだったか」と納得しました。

ついでに記載するなら発券番号は自分でモニターを確認するタイプなんですが（マク◯ナルドみたいなやつ）、ここまで待ちが長いと画面の文字が小さすぎて見にくいです。その上いつ出来るかも分からないのでそこから身動き取れなくなるので、ある程度待ち時間が長いのなら他のショッピングセンターのフードコートみたいに音がなる奴を渡すタイプの方が良いかと思います。

手間をかけさす、身動きを封じる、待ち時間長い、おおよその待ち時間も分からない。 オープンしてもうすぐ1ヶ月なのに対策を講じてる様には見えませんでした。

バーガーキングが出来たとのことで、家族で行ってみました。まずモバイルオーダーがあるので会計の混雑はありませんでした。 が、問題はここから待ち時間約20分程かかりますと言われ、まぁ連休だししょうがないかと待つ事に。 そして既に待ってるであろう方が多数、モニターには表示しきれてないのか自分達の番号はなし。20分経過したが、呼ばれる気配もないしその時点の呼び出し番号も全然前の番号でした。結局食べるまで1時間待つ事になりました。1時間待つ事になるなら注文しなかったのに…と思いながら皆んなで食べました。 味はチェーン店だけあって美味しかったですが、ファーストフードに1時間はもう待てないので、しばらくはもう家族を誘って行かないと思います。改善してそうな時か、待ってる人がいない時があれば1人では行こうと思いました。 他の店でも待ち時間問題があった事もあり、イオンタウン楽々園ってなんか全体的にグダグダなお店...
