Walking in it has an amazing wood Decor and catches your eyes quick and then you see it has an outside sitting area, the view is not a million dollar view but it’s still great. They have an English menu so you won’t struggle to order. I order the seafood Spaghetti 🍝 with a side of bread 🍞 n Italian style half bake egg 🥚 n it was amazing. The spaghetti 🍝with sea food n tomato sauce was great, I thought the bake egg was going to be hot but it’s cold it was still good half bake n had great spices but probably better hot. 家から至近距離にあり、イタリアンは大好きなので、たびたび利用させてもらっていました。この度、18歳～86歳の家族の集いで８名の予約を一週間前から入れ、目が悪い老齢の両親を気遣えるよう個室利用が良いかと、その旨も伝えた上でコース予約の締め切り日である３日前に電話でお願いしました。ところが、電話での相談の最後に、スタッフから「そちらが申し込まれているのは６６００円のコースなので、本日の夕方までに値段が高い方の９千円コースの予約が入ったらそちらを優先しますので、個室ではない方のスペースへの移動をお願いします」と言われ、非常にびっくりしました。こちらとしては、コースの選択は、値段の安さではなく、食べきれるであろう皿数で選んでいます。個室利用の最低料金があるのならば、事前にサイト上に明記されておくことを強く推奨します。家人にその旨伝えたところ、前もっての予約に対してそのような失礼なことをいうレストランは聞いたことがない、大した個室でもないのにありえない、と全員立腹で、キャンセルすべきだとの意見でしたが、すでにその時点でキャンセル不可のタイミングであったゆえ諦めて向かうことに。不愉快なことを言われた電話予約の時点で、確かに速攻で断るべきでした。 当日は、18時入店で、アンティパストがそろった時には20時。その間の２時間、場をつなぐために、各人飲み物を３回もオーダーし続ける羽目に。その指摘をしたところ、すぐにこちらが悪いととれるような言い訳をされ、予約の際の件もあり、その時点で参加者ほぼ全員が疑心暗鬼になり、かなり気分を害してしまいました。 お料理の質や味を問う以前に、住宅街に位置し、トラットリアを名乗っていながら、お店としての基本姿勢に何かあるのかな？ととても残念な気持ちです。わたしどもは今後...
