Very Delicious Ramen, so far maybe the best I have ever tried ! It's not fat, everything is well balance. The soup was hot until the end. You have to choose and pay your dish on a machine at the entrance. Then you get a small ticket (your order) and then you go to the one free sit.

The service is quiet fast and the waiter doesn't speak very well english but with the sign language or google translate everything is okay. There is not so much foreigner, when I went it was only locals which were eating inside.

I had to wait around 5 minutes outside in the line, because this place is very popular. But I didn't wait to long and the line goes usually quiet fast.

You can hear the japanese eating the ramen loudly it's means it s good.

I will definitely come back since it is delicious and very affordable.

I am happy to still find some place like...

Ramen Youki is one of the best bowls of ramen we had in Japan! We came inside not knowing how legendary the place is and we were blown away by the ramen. The broth is to die for, the noodles are very tasty and cooked perfectly, so they are still a bit hard, the bean sprouts are crispy and the pork is very juicy! After finding out that it is one of the most legendary ramen places in Hiroshima we weren't surprised at all and we came back almost every night during our one week in Hiroshima. It was always packed with locals but every time we were warmly welcomed by the owners and managed to find a table. It's reasonably priced, and you really feel at home when you are at ramen Youki. Everyone treats you like a friend and if you ask the chef politely, she will also add a little bit of garlic which perfectly compliments...

We have been to Ramen Youki to try the very cheap ramen soup (750 yens) and it was great! The ramen was absolutely delicious, it was tasty and savory, we definitely liked it! Even though we are visiting Hiroshima just 3 days, we will go back there to eat it again before leaving! The staff is very nice, friendly and professional. You choose your meal and pay to an automatic counter at the entrance. It's a historical restaurant that has been here for more than 60 years. There is the line in front, which means is well appreciated by locals. Do not hesitate to go there and try these...
