If you love chocolate and are looking for some unique & tasty gifts, you should seek out this amazing craft chocolate shop (with good coffee too). The soft-cream is out of this world, the chocolate gifts in the shape of cassette tapes or records is so original and fun and the quality of the products and shop is first-rate.

To top the amazing quality, the staff are also very friendly and speak English well. English menu too.

Order inside and sit out at the back for a relaxed view of a small harbor while you have a coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream or brownie and a chat.

The coffee is roasted by 'Cradle Coffee' roaster in the same area and served on a Seattle made "Slayer" espresso machine. The chocolate is the main event here- their information informs that they keep it simple - cacao beans (roasted on location) and sugar. You can view their mini-factory from the window at the back of the shop.

There are 4 large tables to sit at behind the shop and 1 official parking space next to the classic mopeds, but parking along the street if you keep an eye on it shouldn't be a problem. The prices are not cheap, but this is no convenience store level chocolate or coffee, you are paying for the high-quality of product and experience- few will be disappointed.

土曜の朝に立ち寄りました。 この曜日は　開店が11時と　1時間早いので　よかった。 しかも、クグロフ型のケーキも販売しているので　nice! です。 . 広島街中:本通りから　広電バス6号の江波営業所行きのバスがあって、その終点から…徒歩５分かからず。 店は　三菱の工場の入口のすぐ脇で、 唐突にある。しかも、見た目…地味。 一歩　店内に入ると、オーナーの世界観に、強制的に入らされてしまう　笑。 入口近くの壁には、EP版のレコードの形にしたチョコが陳列してある。 独特なネーミングとデザインが、良い。 出来れば複数の種類を買いたかった自分が選んだのは、カセットテープ型のチョコ。 チョコレートはヌードが美味い！…と表現されてあるこら、カカオ豆から　ローストや粉砕…と手間のかかる仕事を丁寧にして、出来るだけ…カカオ豆が持っている特徴を出せるようにしているのだろう！ ミルクチョコは、ミルクが入っている分　カカオ54％と少し低めだったけど、それでもしっかりと濃い香りと味でした。 クグロフとブラウニーのケーキには、 カカオニブが入っているのか…...
