One of the famous ramen chains from Dazaifu doing business internationally. The noodle is very thin as it’s traditional Hakata ramen style. The soup is based on pork broth and thick so the smell of the soup pervaded the restaurant. But the soup had a lighter aftertaste. The eggs are half cooked and melt in the mouth. トリアスに来ると大変なのは食事です… 食べたいお店がない！ マックやらKFCやら中学生まではそれでいいのかもしれないが。もうちょい考えてお店誘致してほしいですね。

ということで、 「九州ラーメン総選挙第一位受賞」‼︎ と堂々と掲げている「ラーメン暖暮」へ。

食券機があります。 ラーメン750円 ごはんと餃子セット150円

座ると麺の硬さと辛味噌の量を聞かれます。 カタと普通と伝えます。

んーーなんか濃いーなぁ というかスープが少ない⁇

麺は極細ストレートで豚骨らしいんだけど 粉っぽいのか麺がほぐれてないしほぐれにくい。

カタはまあまあ硬めです。 食べながら張り紙を見ると 普通はちょい硬めらしいです。なるほど

現金で替玉150円たのんで 普通麺にしたら丁度良い硬さでした。 ほぐれにくいけどね

チャーシューはとっても美味しかったです。 餃子はひとくちタイプ 皮はパリパリ固めではなく、ノーマルな感じ 味はよかったです。 ごはんは少なめですが、丁度良いサイズでした。
