CASA CUOMO BURGER — Restaurant in Hita

A hidden gem in the heart of Oyama, Hita! This quaint cafe offers the best burgers I’ve had in Kyushu by far! The delicious wagyu burger (apparently the meat is ground there) was served with a home made bun made with spelt, which is hard to come by. Everything is home made, including the ketchup that is served with the potato wedges and the crunchy mustard (the seeds pop in your mouth) used in the burger. We also ordered the Margherita and diavola (spicy) pizzas, the delicious pesto pasta and bolognese pasta as well. Everything is home made! The kids loved it there, so it’s a perfect place for families too. We also tried their Amao strawberry juice and Ume (plum) juices both of which were delicious. We finished the meal with their basque cake containing kumquat (my first time trying this delicious combo) and a side of Nashi (Japanese pear) gelato. 美味いね！こんなとこでこんなものが食べれると思わなかったです。 ペペロンチーノを食べましたがなかなか複雑な味で、自分では作れない食べたことがない味でした。わかりやすいあの味ではありません。しかし食べ進めるにつれ味が身に染みていきます。コレはうまい！うま。うま。 きっと他のメニューも食べてみたい気分になるはずです。 あとここはロケーションが最高過ぎて、映画の1シーンのような席があります。 それは外のテーブル席です。最高です。 癒されるというか浸れますね。運転しないならこの席でウイスキーでも飲みたい。 川のせせらぎ、鳥の囀り、美しい山や、川 目と耳、香り、味、暖かな日差しに川山からの涼しい風。わずか1000円のパスタで全て満たされます。（動画あり、音を聞いてね。）

ウエイターさんも親切、説明も丁寧。 お土産にオイルとマスタードを買いました。 マスタードは安価ではないですが恐ろしく美味い。絶対に買われるべき。日常のおばんざいが、コレで非日常の物へかわります。 そのままでも食べれます。
