This was unbelievably good. In my month long trip in Japan, this is the first restaurant that really blew me away. The staff were extremely kind, the vibe was great, and (mostly importantly), the food was AMAZING. There’s so many great options on the menu. This is my new favorite restaurant in Hofu (maybe all of Yamaguchi)!

近くの某チェーンパスタ屋がひどかったので調べてここに来ましたが、 駐車して降りた途端、スタッフ(店主さん？)がお出迎えしてくれ、その時点でサービスの良さに好感触で期待値が高まりました。時間帯は遅めのディナーだったのか店内は空いてたのがよかったです。22時まで営業されてるのも助かる(ゴールデンタイムは混んでる様子)。近くでスタッフが電話されてた内容によると満席の日もあるらしく、普段は繁盛されてるのだなという印象。メニューも豊富で普段は即決の自身ですが、久々に選ぶのに迷ったのが嬉しい。 スタッフの対応が何より好印象。パスタも美味しすぎる。イタリアンなのでピッツァは小ぶりをイメージしてたらしっかり大きい具沢山サイズ、大食いの私には最高です。パスタがオーダーとは違うのが来ましたが伝えたところすぐに作り直して持ってきてくれたのが感動レベルでした。すごい。会計時にも再度謝罪されましたが、サービスがよかったので全然気になりませんでした(^^)☆ 価格帯もこのご時世チェーンでもないのに手頃。味のクオリティとサイズ感を考えたら安いくらい。店内の清潔感も良い。 BGMも心地よく、雰囲気も良い。 なによりカウンター好きな私からすればカウンターがあるのが最高です。 悪いところ見つけるのが難しいくらい。 連れは水を頼みましたが、おかわり用に水差しも提供されるのも好印象。 退店時にも素敵な見送り。評価が高い理由がよくわかりました。また行きます。
