The best ramen I ate in Japan so far. Ramen served with soup of 鰹魚. The taste of soup is great with rich aftertaste. Lighter taste compared with traditional one with pork. It means I can drink most of them after I ate the noodle which I cannot do it with pork soup. The dumpling and vegetable are great too. The host is polite and welcome to visitors. A ramen shop with a great atmosphere & food. The place was clean and comfortable. The staffs were nice too. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. I ordered the Kara Miso Ramen & Spicy Chicken Bar. It was really good. We also ordered the Sesame Dumplings. It was so delicious! And the plating was so cute. Would love to come back someday.
