Mos Burger Asty Ichinomiya — Restaurant in Ichinomiya

Mos Burger is one of Japan's very popular fast food burger chains featuring japanese-style flavors (wafū), and it is amazing.

The burger patties are thin (like a smash burger) and include pork, which makes the flavor of the patty a bit sweeter and less beefy than a typical burger. Popular flavors include the classic Mos Burger's tangy tomato and specialty demi-glace and onion or soy based sauces.

With that said, Mos Burger has other special menu items that can make the experience more adventurous (and delicious) for non-locals and non-regulars. My personal favorite is their pork cutlet burger (called "Rōsu Katsu" in Japanese). When eaten fresh, the crisp breading and savory and sweet sauce on the cutlet, the juicy pork meat, and the fresh, crunchy cabbage make this burger a slam dunk on both flavor and texture.

They also offer delicious Rice Burgers which can be a great option for gluten-free folks or those looking to switch up their burger game. They do offer soy and plant based options as well. Their fries are classic and thick and go well with a chili sauce they offer. They even have items like corn soup and clam chowder - simple but comforting.

Everything is cooked fresh, the stores are always clean, and the servers are friendly. This specific location is conveniently at Ichinomiya station, and it's saved my family from "hanger" in a pinch.

With that said, this is a staple fast food joint in our family rotation. There's something delicious to fit everyone's taste at Mos Burger once you know what suits your burger/burger...

アスティ一宮にあり、電車の乗り継ぎ合間の手軽な食事に最適です。 朝も早くから営業しており、モーニング利用でも割かし人気のようです。 コンセントの設備のある席もあり、充電したい時にもちょっとしたカフェタイムに適しますね。

モスチキンも若者中心に人気のヒット商品だったりしますが、皮と身の間に案外脂身も多い時がありますよね。 肉の脂身というのも歯では噛みきれないものも多いですが、治療中の歯がある人とか銀歯が並んでる人とかだと、時には引っ掛かるかもしれませんが、天然の歯も長く使い続けたいものですよね。 日本の歯医者さんでは虫歯の根管治療に際し、あたかも神経抜いて削って被せ物したらそれで治療終了みたいな流れになってるんですよね。 その時点で患者に将来的なリスクについてもきっちり説明するべきだと思うんですよね。 詰め物の不具合は日常生活上で破損してからでなければ、対応が難しいのが今の歯科業界の現状かと思います。

私の場合は親知らずに近い部分の奥歯の治療は、大半が20代の時に根管治療しましたが、歯医者さんであればなおさら10〜15年後に劣化が原因で詰め物が繰り返し外れるようになるということは、容易に想像できると思うんですよね。 何にせよ、上下の咬み合わせが銀歯対銀歯ということを忘れないでほしいんですよね。

やはり歯科受診というのは、かかりつけの医院だけでなく、予防的な意味で2〜3件程度は日頃から受診しておかなくてはいけないのかなと思ったりもします。 定期検診は3ヶ月に1回というようなことを仰る歯医者さんも日本には多々居られますが、その空白の3ヶ月の間にどれだけの不具合や病状の変化が起きるかということは、歯科業界では計算に入れられていないのですよね。

その空白の間に他院で銀歯の重点的なメンテナンスや歯のお掃除をして、虫歯や歯周病の予防に努めた方がいいのかもしれませんね、頻度が増える分お金はかかりそうですが。

一般論として、根管治療済の歯というのは、寿命が5〜30年と言われており、40過ぎた今になって被せ物が次々と取れてきてるわけですし、あと10年もして50過ぎてくればいよいよこれらの抜歯ラッシュが始まってきますよね？ 親知らずじゃあるまいし、永久歯が抜歯適応になるのは腑に落ちません。

寿命が来て抜歯適応になる前に、今のうちから予防的な手を打っておくということは、今の日本の歯科業界では無理がある感じなんですよね。 しかも3ヶ月に1回程度はレントゲンも撮ってもらってますが、その時にはまた次の異常が見つかるといったケースも多いんですわ。 前の月には何ともなかった歯でも、次の月にレントゲン撮ってみると、虫歯の進行がC3まで進んでたとか、今や至って普通にある話なんですよね。 もはや3ヶ月に1回程度は定期検診とか豪語してた従来の歯医者さん達が思ってる以上に虫歯の進行って早くなってきているように感じます。 これからはターボカリエスと呼ばれる時代に突入...

駅の中にあるので便利です。 いつもお店のスタッフの方の接客も親切丁寧で気持ちよく利用しています。 美味しかったです。 2024/07/28 の利用時には、ハンバーガーを半分にカットしてくれて食べやすくしてくれました。　嬉しい！
