There aren’t many choices for food, the lunch menu only has about 3 choices (various curry, omurice and ginger/pork) but if you order a drink with a meal dessert is included! They had lemon chiffon, yogurt and peach mousse cake, chocolate gateaux and apple tart. Also, every person must at least order one item. I like that the food is clearly homemade and cooked with care, but the food itself is just ok, a little on the salty side, but nothing special. The drinks were also average, the hot chocolate was very cute but the taste was quite mild compared to some other cafes. You have to order at a machine, but luckily, the machine takes card as well as cash, and you don’t really have to interact with the staff at all. The staff member was however, quite patient and lovely - she made a mistake with the order but quickly amended it and was very apologetic and kind when trying to explain the one order per person rule. They also hand write little notes on the dessert plates - ours was in English which was a nice touch! I really like the atmosphere and the decor of the cafe - the refurbishing of the factory into a rustic, cottage core aesthetic is really lovely and soothing. There is parking but it’s limited. Overall, a cozy nook tucked away in a small street. A great experience and fantastic for picture taking, but next time I’d skip the food and just go...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting a truly amazing and unique coffee shop that left a lasting impression on me. Situated in what was once an old fabric factory, this café effortlessly blends history with modern charm. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the atmosphere – a perfect mix of industrial heritage and contemporary design.
The food, coffee, and drinks were exceptional. Each item was crafted with care and attention to detail, offering flavors that were both comforting and innovative. The coffee was rich and aromatic, the food fresh and delicious, and the drinks were perfectly balanced.
What really set this place apart, though, was the impeccable table service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a wonderful experience for their guests.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to relax, a historic setting to inspire, or simply an incredible cup of coffee, this coffee shop is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back! I must visit if you...
