Simply one of the best meat I ever had. I tried a lot of beef around Japan, but the beef from Iki island is top class and this restaurant is serving great portions. Even the bibimbap was the best I ever had. If you want to have a taste of great beef while in Iki, this restaurant is a must.

iki beef tasted so much better than many highly rated beef from other prefectures, I’m really glad I found this place as the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I can’t stop thinking about returning for more one day. I would highly recommend this great restaurant!

▼旨い壱岐牛を食べられると、多くの島民の方に推されるお店。ただ、最近、本当に大人気になってしまいました。なので、ちょっとした来店ノウハウを。 ①ランチでも予約:11:30から12:30までの時間なら予約が可能。昼、確実に行くならこれがベスト。すき焼き、しゃぶしゃぶは予約しないと食べられません。 ②並ぶのならランチ終りの13:30あたり:でも、入れないこともあるので、あまりオススメできません。 ③急ぎならセルフで焼くものを:ジェットフォイルの時間が迫っているときなどは、厨房で焼いて貰うメニューだと時間がかかり間に合わないときも お味に関しては、特選シリーズがやはり凄さが一番わかると思います。 ●特選カルビ:サシの入り方がきめ細かく美しいです。脂がサラサラとしていてしつこさがなく、味わいは実はかなりあっさり目です。なので敢えてタレをつけて食べるのがオススメです。 ●特選ロース:見た目を裏切る柔らかさ。それなりの硬さをイメージしているとびっくりすると思います。高級なサーロインステーキを食べている感覚です。こちらは塩胡椒がオススメ。 ●特選ヒレ:これが一番肉の味が強いです。厚めの切り身ですが、ややレアに焼いて塩オンリーが美味しいですよ！ あと11月にはすき焼き食べ放題となるうめしまの日があります。ぜひ狙って行ってください。例年3000円くらいの設定です。お得過ぎます。 繰り返しになりますが、すでにかなりの人気店で並ぶこともありますが、その価値はあるかと思います。

Yakiniku (BBQ style) Restaurant specialises in Iki beef (local Japanese beef, Wagyū), walking distance to the ferry and jetfoil terminals. can be quite crowded around lunch time. If you like that Wagyū beef taste then it is very good and reasonably priced ! I can't remember if they had...
