Very nice and quiet restaurant, you need to use Ai to translate the menu if you don't read japanese but the sashimi menu is delicious. Happy to have come here!

芦辺港から歩いて行きました。徒歩15分位です。 お店の場所はわかりやすく、入りやすいお店でした。生け簀で泳いでいる魚が見たかったのですがほとんど空で残念でした。 海鮮丼が大変美味しゅうございました。 魚が新鮮で美味しいのですが、寿司になると技術的な部分や食器やセンスなどでどうしても惜しい感じになるようです。 壱岐市の飲食店はお寿司より刺身定食や海鮮丼の方が満足度が高い気がします。

壱岐に着いてすぐにこちらのお寿司屋さんに案内していただきました。お寿司とっても美味しい‼️この時期はウニはなかったのですが、アワビが豪華に酢飯に乗っかって出てきました。コリコリ新鮮！ 前菜も他では食べられないような趣向を凝らした創作料理でハズレなく美味しくいただきました。 驚くほど美味しいお寿司でした。また壱岐に行ったら行きたいお店です。

食べ物を食べに行ったのでお魚は美味しかったから味は評価。しかし、サービスとしては気分を害すレベルの品質。 1.お手洗い場のハンドソープの中身が入ってない 2.オーダーから商品の提供が遅い。（生1つ、コーラ2つはすぐにきたが、壱州牛のたたきがオーダーから40分経ってから） 3.8時の時点でなんと「シャリ」がない

他にもカードが使えない、大将がマスクしてない、スタッフのオーダーの取り方がおぼつかないなど言いたいことはあるが、寿司屋でシャリがないは初めて。コースの後の追加オーダーが出来ずじまい。
