McDonald's — Restaurant in Ikoma

The Shift Manger is very rude. I've bought from this location several times a week, for over a year. The staff was always very nice. However, all that changed today, when I went to buy breakfast. I asked for an egg muffin with the ham separate, since I have an allergy to pork. My ordering was suddenly interrupted by the shift manager, who told me, in a very cold tone, to drive up to the window. When I did so, he got in my face and started arguing with me, saying that they don't do that, even though they've done it for me on numerous occasions. His tone and manner were cold, unfriendly and rude. For some reason he wouldn't let me speak to any of the staff anymore, as if I did something wrong. He proceeded to try and get rid of me as quickly as possible. His attitude just made the situation uncomfortable and irritated me to the point where I never want to buy at that location again. 朝マック（〜8:00）は 空いており、客が自分だけなんてことも あります。待つことはないですね。

朝1は2階がまだ開放されてませんが、 一階イートインでも テーブル席もカウンターも潤沢にあります。 味は無難に○。 カウンターと、大テーブル（6人掛）には コンセントとUSBのクチがあるので、 充電しながら少し滞在するには丁度いいです。

しかしまぁ駐車場も広いのに ドライブスルーだけであれだけ混むのは いやはや通過交通の方にはかなり 迷惑かけてるんだろうなぁ、と 思います。夏だからですかね。

朝マックに寄った際、ちょうど新人教育の最中でした。気の弱そうな男の子に、威勢のよい30代くらいの男性が、大きな声で威圧的とも取れる教育を行っていました。 マクドナルド新人教育はもっと人に寄り添った、思いやりのあるものと思っていたので意外でした。 私に言わせれば、「ついてこれない奴は辞めてしまえ」そんな教育でした。 レジで教育係が自分の持つ知識を、ぺらぺらと話して聞かせるスタイルの教育です。 やっぱり飲食店は昭和のスタイルを引きずっているのだなと感じました。 今どき新人教育であんな偉そうな態度で接すれば、更に上から教育係が教育されることになるのではないでしょうか。 飲食店はマクドナルドといえども、体育会系なんだなと、呆れました。 朝ご飯をたべなから、怒鳴るような声を聞き続け、すっかり疲れました。 うるさい教育係のおかげで、...
