This shop caught my eyes because the review says that it has been on Michelin Guide 2017. It turns out that it managed to make it into the 2022 Guide as well! I had the ramen of the day, which was a chicken broth-based ramen and the kimagure (chef's recommendation) bowl.
It was very satisfying. The noodle was perfectly chewy, the chicken charsiu topping was juicy and had a good texture, and the soup was delicious and lightly flavored I drank it all, which was a first to me.

I came here at 1pm on a Sunday. There was only 3 people ahead of me, and though there are limited seats the turnover was quick. The place is constantly seated with local customers.
I ordered the special (with all toppings) miso ramen as it seemed to be more commonly ordered. I was surprised by the creaminess of the soup— it was so rich and flavorful. Meat slices was so generous! It was so thick and tender.
