松山から広島への帰りに立ち寄った。 なんだこのトロミ感。デキストリン（澱粉）でも入れてるのか？ 正直30年前のばり馬皆賀一号店から、全く期待はしていないラーメン屋だったが、インドのとなりのカレー屋の親父が創業した当時とは、比べ物にならない位まずくなってた。既に何十億円も売上る企業になるとここまで荒れ果てるものなのか？これがあの親父が目指し日々悩んでいたラーメンなのか。これが広島のばり馬なのか。情けない。

味玉ばり馬とおこさまラーメンセットをオーダー。 写真を見ていただければ分かると思いますが、飲み物汚い…… 脂？でしょうかね？きちんと洗い物されてないんでしょうね…残念です。 味は特筆するような事はないですね。 強いて言えば味玉は美味しかったですが、お肉が硬かったな。お値段も高めですね。 オーダー通してくれた店員さんも一言も喋らずで、うーん…って感じでした。

定員の態度が最悪でした。 20分ほど待って呼び鈴が鳴ったので店に行くと商品は準備されておらず、何を頼みましたか？と店員に聞かれました。意味がわからなかったです。店の方はお客さんもおらず、店員同士で話もしていて暇そうだったのに注文も通せないのは信じられなかったです。その後、もう一度待たされて商品を受け取りましたが、謝罪のひとつもありませんでした。味も特筆することはなく、普通でした...
