Stopped by this lovely burger place run by a kind husband and wife team after a long day on the Shimanami Kaido. My husband and I had been traveling throughout Shikoku for 8 days and had sampled many days and nights of sumptuous, multi course seafood meals. To be honest, we were craving a simple, well crafted burger, and that’s exactly what we got. We each got a burger set- one with fries and the other with olive chicken. It was our first time having the chicken, and we were pleasantly surprised how light and flavorful it was. The burgers were perfect- lovingly handmade with just enough seasoning and a very tasty bun. I had the avocado burger set... a beautifully constructed and delicious burger, and fries to go with it. The patty was very generously sized, so it took a little time to prepare.
