予約なしで土日に伺いました。 オープン時に入店しましたが予約の有無を聞かれて入口から順にカウンター席の案内をされました。 手際が悪く案内されるまで時間かかり待合席で待ってましたが目の前で学生アルバイターがスマホを操作したり喋ってて非常に不愉快でした。 カウンター席に座った後も後方を徘徊してて食事してるのに埃が舞うくらいのレベルで走ったりと自由でした。 味は悪くなかったですが値段は高めです。

怒鳴られます。 ラストオーダーの30分前に入ったのですが、入店するなりめんどくさそうにラストオーダーまであと30分だけどと年配の女性スタッフに説明をされました。2名以上で入店したのにカウンターに座れと言われ、座敷席が空いているのになぜ？と疑問でした。 座敷の方はダメですか？と下手に伺うとまた面倒くさそうにしぶしぶ座敷席に通されました。 20代後半？くらいの体格の大きな男性がずっと怒鳴ってきて、会計の時もそんなに怒鳴らなくても聞こえる距離にいるのに、「会計真ん中！」と怒鳴ってきて、この店の接客、サービスは崩壊してい...

こちらの秋吉は他店に比べてアットホームな雰囲気が好きで、家族でお邪魔しています。 混むのが嫌なので、たいていオープン直後の時間帯に行きます。そうすると、いつも、入り口からすぐの席に有無を言わさず案内されるのですが(抵抗してみた事があるのですが、無駄な抵抗でした(-_-))、寒い時期、ほんとに寒いんですよ。お客さんの出入りが激しい(コロナ禍でテイクアウトも多い)ので、ドアが開く度、冷気が駆け抜けます…。なので、冬場は上着を着たまま、マフラーも巻いた...

全国数ある秋吉の中では味は一番美味しい店舗と感じた。元々、他店舗で食べていた純けいが好きではなかったが、こちらの店舗は個人的に好きな塩で味付けされており、しっかりと味もついておりビールに良く合う。あと個人的にお勧めしたいのがネギマ。焼き場のおっさんのテクニックがいいのか良い焼き加減と味付けでそのままタレ無しでも十分美味しい。 接客は繁忙時期は荒さが目立つが概ね問題なし。値段もたらふく食べてもリーズナブルで是非...
