Sushi Ichi — Restaurant in Ine

Just spent the evening here with my wife on April 12th 2024 after two weeks eating in good restaurants in Japan. We had a sushi diner at the countertop. We had planned the reservation a few weeks ahead. The restaurant can sit up to 8-10 people I would say. The service was great; the two chefs and the waitress were very welcoming and always with a smile on ! The appetisers were delicious and all the types of fish we had in sushi were fresh and tasty. I would come back to the same place if I traveled to Ine again....
