This yakiniku restaurant in Chiba is hands-down one of my all-time favorites. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and the balance of flavors in each dish shows real thought and care.

The Gonsuke “Kiwami” Kalbi is unbelievably tender, rich, and full of umami—it’s the kind of meat that melts in your mouth and makes you pause mid-bite. The Jo-Kalbi is equally impressive, especially when dipped in their tare sauce. For something lighter, the thin-sliced Wagyu kalbi served with grated daikon and ponzu is refreshing and perfectly balanced.

I loved the thick-cut tongue tasting plate—trying both beef and pork tongue with lemon, salt, and wasabi made for a really fun experience. The low-temp sashimi with sesame oil and salt was delicate and flavorful, while the thick-cut liver was rich and satisfying when cooked properly.

Even the sides shine—the choregi salad was crisp and fresh, the kimchi had the right amount of spice, and the wakame soup was comforting. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the toro hormone, paired with a spicy green onion miso, and the Wagyu medium fatty nigiri, which you can even ask to have lightly seared.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the meat was delicious, so I’d highly recommend as a spot to stop by to or from Narita Airport for dinner. 追加で超極上牛トロタンも頼みました 結構厚みもあって硬いかな〜って思って食べたらとっても柔らかくてこんなに柔らかいタン初めて食べたね！！って言いながら食べてきました今回食べたタンの中でダントツで1番柔らかくて美味しかったです(^^)

値段は他のタンの中で1番高いけど 次回行ったらタンはこのタンを注文したいです！
