Hoshino Coffee — Restaurant in Iruma

白い壁と焦げ茶などの濃い目の色合いの調度品がシックな雰囲気を醸し出しているカフェです。外に面している席は店の北側であるため直接陽の光が入る機会は少ないですが、ほぼ常時ブラインドで閉じられているため、店内はより薄暗く、却ってそれがより落ち着いた雰囲気となっています。 基本的に車で来るカフェであるため、駐車場のスペースは充分にあります。一方でわざわざこのカフェを利用するために車で訪れる人は多くはなく、休日平日問わずそれ程混雑している様子はありません。近隣在住のご婦人がよく利用する姿を見かけますが、落ち着いた雰囲気であるからか、大声でおしゃべりするような客はほとんどおらず、快適に過ごすことが出来ると思います。 提供されるドリンクや軽食の種類及び質は、他の星乃珈琲店と遜色ありません。空いている時間帯に利用したからか、スタッフの接客対応は概ね良好でした。

This cafe features a chic atmosphere with white walls and dark wooden furnishings. Because the seating faces north, little direct sunlight enters the space. The blinds are usually kept closed, giving the cafe a dim, calm interior that enhances its relaxing mood. It's primarily a cafe meant for customers arriving by car, and there's plenty of parking available. However, few people seem to drive here specifically for this cafe, so it rarely gets crowded, even on weekends. Many of the regulars appear to be local women from the nearby residential area. Thanks to the peaceful setting, you’ll rarely hear loud conversations, making it an ideal place to unwind quietly. ここのおばさん店員が皆感じが悪い。スーパーのレジ？っていう接客。ありがとうございましたと言いながら、お客が顔を見てお礼を言っていても目も合わせず気付かず、さっさと言い放って横向いて去る始末。いつも何かしら後味悪く帰る。食後済んだお皿に手をかけ持ち上げつつ片付けながら、こちらお下げして良いですか？って、もう下げてるやん？って突っ込みたかったし、イヤ、置いておいてとはまさに言えなくなる。それよりお客の反応を一目も見ずにお皿類下げるってトイレ掃除か何かの人ですか？

星乃珈琲店ってどこも雰囲気が良いのに店員の態度が若い女性以外は良くないから、ちゃんとした教育システムないのだろうと察します。店の雰囲気が感じ良い分、接客の安っぼさ感じ悪さが目立ちます。 もう何度行っても気分悪いので次回より別のコーヒー店行き、もうこの店舗はやめます。
