Soup is served in stone pot which keeps the soup hot during meal time. Tsukemen itself tastes fine, but I am not sure this pull me to Ise city again. However, they have small rice to pour in soup after the main noodle, and this is great. I have always thought Tonkotsu Ramen soup matches rice, and today I proved it. Rice was a wonderful finale of Ramen. I highly recommend to add small rice to pour in the soup. カウンター席に２人座れました。
案内の若いレディースタッフさん良好‼️(^_-)

月曜日～金曜日がランチセットあるけど土曜日はないのが残念です(ToT)

これがこの日の１番この店で印象的だったんは…
会計時に接客した若いスタッフさんではなく…
落ち着いた感じのレディースタッフさんが
『ありがとうございました』
と３回頭を丁重に下げて挨拶をしてくれました。
最近こういう接客できる人いなくなりました…
