Best sushi I have ever had in my life. The flavors were absolutely incredible and the fish was so fresh that it practically melted in my mouth. The presentation of each dish was like a work of art, with delicate garnishes and beautiful plating. I couldn't help but savor every bite, as the combination of flavors and textures was simply sublime. I can't wait to go back and experience this culinary masterpiece again. The attention to detail in every aspect of the meal was truly impressive. From the perfectly seasoned rice to the expertly sliced sashimi, every element of the sushi was crafted with precision. The restaurant's dedication to sourcing the highest quality ingredients was evident in every bite. Each piece of fish had a distinct flavor profile that showcased the chef's expertise. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The soft lighting and elegant decor created a serene atmosphere that complemented the dining experience perfectly. Read moreCame here for sushi in the afternoon however they were serving ramen. To have omakase sushi we need to make reservation. Got to know that they only served sushi in the evening. In order to eat sushi we ordered ramen to get sushi as the side dish. But chef was very nice and mentioned that they can do omakase for us and checked if we have the time to do it which of course we did. The meal was amazing. Food was really good and we tried some new stuff that we are unable to get in Singapore. The appetizer was freshly caught in the morning and it was super yummy. Chef told us that it is considered delicacy in Japan too. Try to guess what is it from the pic that I posted. Overall it was an amazing experience with wonderful food and good company from the restaurant. After we had ichiriki sushi the rest of the food was incomparable for the next few days.
By the way the Chef’s daughter? Not sure if she’s the daughter told us we can check their ramen schedule on their instagram page @hotohana. Apparently some day they serve ramen some day serve sushi in the afternoon. So it’s best to check their page before going!
And there are some surprises to the end...
Read moreThis hotel is my first stop for my first trip to Japan. The hotel is very clean and very quiet. You will have everything you need. They have hair dryer and hair straightener, washing machine and dryer, a common bath, fridge, microwave. The bath, shower and toilet are very clean despite it being for common use. They have pretty modern facilities, like the air conditioning for example is very easy to operate (compared to the next hotel I stayed in). My most favorite of all are two things: 1. How nice the family is. They are so sweet. Even with my broken Japanese, it's so easy to communicate with them. 2. The sushi course. If you are staying here, I highly recommend to attend their sushi course. First of all - the sushi and dishes are amazing. Second, I would say it's a once in a lifetime experience because it is very unique compared to other sushi courses. I guarantee you're in a wonderful and thoughtful surprise 😊
I am really happy that I stayed here. If and when I have a chance to go to Japan again, I will surely go back here. It's one of my favorite...
